I'm really struggling with this assignment for my C# and .NET class. The textbook solution is on Chegg, and it works however I need the program to read input from a file versus having the user input the information. I need the code as simple as possible. I have attached my professors intructions as well as the file he wants us to use as input. I have also attached the probelm from the book. Ant help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

The numbers in the file are 1007, 1008, 2007, 3008, 2109, 1109, 4300, 0000, 0000, 0000.
