The below data represents the medical device training compliance figures for BHH$.$ Each CDG has two key metrics:

$1.$ Competencies Required: The total number of training competencies needed.

$2.$ Competencies Achieved: The number of training competencies actually achieved

I need to create a chart similar to this$>(1)$ Making a Control Chart in Excel $($with dynamic control lines!$)-$ YouTube to show the overall compliance performance figures for all staff that are fully compliant.

i need a SPC chart for each site heartlands, goodhope, solihull then a overall one for all the sites.
