I'm working on a marketing project and we have come up with our own product which is a baby Smart Seat which has a sensor build-in to alert the parent or caregiver when they leave their child unattended in the vehicle. My assignment is to put together an power point and talk about company/industry analysis. My part of that is core competency and stat of the industry (and how your company fit in), how would I approach this question. I need a little help
