everyone who participated in a survey were asked to report their perception on their partners career prestige. across all previous seminars, the mean was 7.5. does this score differ from the perceptions of those couples in this sample of data?

partner career prestige is a 1-7 rating of the partners occupational prestige.

what I need help with is:

what statistical test do I use to test this? either ANOVA, chi-squared, one-sample t-test, two-sample t-test, or paired sample t-test

i just the need the name of which test I should use, and why I should use that one
