I'm working on an HIP project for my MSN. The HIP is implementing a charge nurse safety huddle. I recognized the stakeholders to be the president of the hospital, the director of nursing, the managers to each nursing department, the charge nurses and the IT specialist. I was able to write out their responsibilities. My question is what would be described as their influence, interest, and power for each of those stakeholders I identified?
