Imaginary Situational Analysis: Assume there is free food for the poor in India. Recently, X, a new legislation, has been enacted. This legislation states that free food will be given to the poor, if and only if, they prove that they are making sufficient efforts to find a job. If they cannot demonstrate that they have tried to find a job, they will not receive food. There will be a government department to assess the applicant's efforts to find a job. For example, applicants can show this department that they have been surfing on job websites to find a job that fits with their abilities or sending CVs to relevant companies or polishing their skills etc.
