Make it interesting for yourself! Select a location on Google maps and a locality (jurisdiction) for your business (needs to be near large highway and rail). You will assume the role of the emergency management team for this entity. In this section of the exercise, you will discuss emergency response planning. Consider the following:

• Who in the hypothetical company is on your planning and execution team?
• Assess the various hazards of the surrounding area.
• describe your employees--are there special needs?
• Establish evacuation and/or shelter-in-place plans (what will you do?)
• Stock and check supplies and first aid--what do you need on-hand and for how long?
• Describe your emergency response team's training.
• How will you coordinate with local and state emergency managers? (Use your specific, selected jurisdiction).
• How will your employees communicate with their families and each other/you?
