1) Briefly describe any hypothetical managerial scenario for your answer (for example, "I'm manager of Apple's brand new Virtual Reality glasses / headset factory");

2) Describe some of the challenges that you face in your hypothetical managerial scenario (for example, "I have a reasonable guess but no perfect forecast of what demand for these VR units will be like", and "I certainly don't want to be caught short producing too few VR units like they did with the first Apple iPad that underestimated demand by 1 million units the first year");

3) Select one of the various MA methods / processes we've covered so far and say why / how that might be helpful to your managerial challenge(s) (as examples, job order costing, cost-volume-profit analysis, ratios, etc.); and

4) Using that method / process, perform an actual calculation or otherwise apply that method / process to your managerial scenario (make up numbers if necessary, but show how you would perform the calculation / analysis).
