Imagine that you have been promoted (congratulations!) and asked by your CEO to open a branch office in a small town in the Appalachian Mountains or on the plains of a Lakota reservation (you choose which). You can take two colleagues (college-educated with middle-class backgrounds) with you and will need to hire and mentor three local residents (one with a GED, two without- all from lower-class backgrounds).
