• write down the name of the first organization and whether or not you think the proposed project is a good match.
• Do the same for your other organization.
• Now, for each organization, write down small sentences to justify why you say the project should or should not go ahead.
• Introduce yourself and then go into your recommendations for each organization.

Project: New HR process development to allow more extended maternal leave for new mothers.
Honest Tea	Mission: Seeks to create and promote great-tasting, healthier, organic beverages. We strive to grow our business with the same honesty and integrity we use to craft our products, with sustainability and great taste for all. Project: Cut the cost of tea production by using artificial vanilla flavouring as opposed to real vanilla beans in its teas.
Fanshawe College	Mission: Educating students for career success. Project: Developing a new project management course with a marking focus for select graduate programs to help students to understand the theory in an industry context.
