The project must reflect that your target audience encompasses not only current staff but also students interested in human services and the general population. Elements that your creative project must convey: Education about vicarious trauma Information about risk factors for vicarious trauma Suggestions for resilience/coping mechanisms Include a page reflection with the creative project that answers these questions: What were the strengths of your project? The weaknesses? What did you learn as a result of completing this project?
