Imagine you are consultant to an HR department of an organization that is called in to be a change agent. 4) How you would implement the change you are proposing. Explain your plan using the three steps of Lewin's change framework. Summarize each step of Lewin's model, before describing the corresponding phase of your plan. (Your plan must include how you would communicate and create buy-in for your ideas.

5) Provide a summary to wrap up your paper.
