You could think of this on one level or multiple levels; for example human relations, organizational relations, production of goods, overall mission statement of organization. Consider methods to communicate and relate, mentoring, oral traditions, tools such as the 7 sacred teachings, the medicine wheel, Grandmother Moon Teachings, having an Elder speak, sharing in meeting circle, story telling, ceremony, sacred bundle.
