Imagine you are in a leading position in an organization like Chief executive officer or Chief operational manager. You manage a team of at least 10/12 people. It can be a restaurant or a supermarket store or a beauty parlor. Think about a crisis or a serious organizational problem that occurred recently or in the past. It may be a major accident or a change management situation or a conflict between management and supplier. You are required to show that you have dealt with the crisis successfully, demonstrated your leadership skills and achieved a good outcome (students are free to make realistic assumptions).

Prepare presentation (using MS power point application or similar) which will describe your story and your leadership success. In your presentation pack please include the following things -

A brief about your organization

Key details of the crisis

How did you involve key stakeholders to address the issue?

How did you explain their roles and responsibilities?

How did you encourage them and involve?

How did you demonstrate ethical conduct and professional competence?

How did you demonstrate wholesome leadership and achieve the positive outcome?

Prepare power point slides using MS-Power point or similar application to prepare presentation.

Please prepare minimum 12 slides with appropriate design protocol (keep the consistent font sizes and color etc.)
