- Once you have chosen the company, you will come up with an idea for a new product or process to present to the company you hypothetically work for.
- Brainstorm some process and product ideas (e.g. new iphone for apple).
- Choose one of the ideas you have come up with to write your proposal on (it does not have to be currently possible but write as if it is).

Using the following sections complete a digital (MS PowerPoint) proposal presentation to convince management. Your objective is to convince senior management that your idea is a good idea and that the company should proceed with your internal proposal.

- Consider profits/ exposure/ market share/ customer service.
- Graphs and tables can be included here to visually express this.
- PROJECT STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (RISKS).
- What are the project strengths? (areas you strongly feel will be successful).
- What are the project weaknesses (areas you feel have risk of failure or issue).
- How do you plan to prepare for and mitigate the risks?
- PROJECT SCOPE: What will and will not be included in the project?
- Consider using a table (In Scope / Out of Scope)
- SUMMARY: Summarize the overall idea, project, benefits and need.
- This is where you give your final persuasive call to action.
- The idea should be appealing and interesting.
