"Implied consent" is given when one gets a driver's license. In some states, "implied consent" allows for collection of the driver's blood when the driver is accused of a DUI/DUID. In other states only urine can be collected. Is the collection of urine adequate for determining if a driver is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Think about not just the sample, but also any legal or physyical concerns in collecting and/or testing of the samples.
