THE QUESTION IS, WHEN THE FRAME GUI COMES OUT FIRST, IT PRINTS THE RECTANGLE BUT IT DOESN'T MOVE IT AS WE PLAY AROUND WITH THE ARROW KEYS. HOWEVER, IT PRINTS SOMETHING NEW AS WE PRESS AN ARROW KEY.
