Imran, a Quantity Surveyor for a new double-storey terrace housing project in Seremban 2 vicinity where the site is under the possession of Armsdale Construction, a Contractor to the project. Imran regularly perform Site Valuation on monthly basis to assess Contractor's progress of work and he is familiar with the site' conditions. In his final site valuation, he came to the Site earlier than the schedule time and decided to take walkthrough the Site for some observation while waiting for the Contractor. The Site was still messy with workers busy cleaning up the site leading to the project completion and has piled aside construction debris along the staircase of the houses. Imran walk up the staircase and stepped on a slippery surface of the stairs, and fall on the debris pile. He received medical attention as a result of the accident, his arm were fractured.
