Garcia says he had a $90lb$ DB in each hand and the ball burst causing him to fall and fracture his forearm. Garcia's attorney claimed that testing of other balls showed that they burst with only $400lbs.$ The Kings sued Ledraplastic for the salary they paid Garcia while he was out and Garcia sued for pain and suffering.
