In 2022, the economic uncertainty has urged governments to select certain projects of 2023. The government of Ontario had 4 projects to consider but would like to select the first project to start with. The projects are: 1-Renewing the 402 between London and Sarnia, 2-build a new headquarter for the Ministry of Science, 3-construct an Eastern GTA Transit Hub, and 4-Ontario's Clean Energy Potential. Some of the criteria established to select the projects includes; population served by the project, project cost, project duration, alignment with strategic goal to the year 2030, and urgency. Questions: Use the project screening matrix below and the above criteria to rate the projects, and advise the government on which project should be selected to start with. You must fill the matrix with the project name and the criteria. Assign a weighing value (between 1 and 5) for each criterion that reflects the criteria importance (10 points).
