Use your first paragraph to introduce the video, magazine or journal article you selected outlining its main points and ultimate conclusions. Include the reason you decided to share it with the group.

In the next 1-2 paragraphs, connect the video, magazine or journal article to your personal experience. Do you agree with the insights provided? Does the main point or argument align with your own experience in human resources as an employee or as a customer?
