In a certain reaction process, fresh ethane and chlorine gas are mixed with a recycle stream of pure ethane and fed to a reactor. A test shows that if 100% excess chlorine is mixed with ethane, a single-pass conversion of 60% is obtained, and of the ethane that reacts, all is converted to products and none goes into undesired products. The reactor effluents are fed to a separator with three streams. Pure ethyl chloride is obtained from one stream, while pure ethane is separated out and recycled back to be mixed with the fresh feed in another stream. (Use the extent of reaction method) 2C2H6+Cl22C2H5Cl+H2 Calculate (i) the fresh feed concentrations required for operation, and (ii) the moles of C2H5Cl produced in the final product stream per mole of C2H6 in the fresh feed
