In a dialogue with someone who is culturally different from you in some way (e.g., race, gender, sex, class, sexual orientation, religion, ability, generate a list of how each you can become an ally of the other.  Note the specific communication strategies that can help you become each other's allies. (For example, I will speak up when someone makes a disparaging comment about your social group)
