In a personal account in a real-world scenario my current organization attempted to create a rotating shift for Saturdays in which everyone would work two Saturdays a month. For context we are currently a Monday through Friday facility closed on weekends, this change would extend hours of operations. This change was to increase the company's productivity. The results of which did not go over well, with an overwhelming no and refusal to even consider the idea, staff this change has been pushed back to later dates
