In a workplace, a job assessment analysis for currently performed jobs and their related tasks is decided to be performed. In this context, a decision-making team, consisting of three evaluators, is formed to evaluate the jobs by the Score Method. The basic factors (BF) to be used in the job evaluation study are determined as the universal BFS (Skill, Responsibility, Effort, Working environment) and the sub-factors (SF) determined by the decision makers are presented in the table below, as two SFs for each BF. According to the evaluators discussing the importance of the main factors for evaluating the jobs discussed, the minimum importance ratio of a BF is determined as 5 points over 100. According to the first evaluator, BF which has the highest importance was determined as Skill, while the Effort BF was determined as twice as important as Responsibility BF, and Responsibility BF was determined as three times more important than Working environment BF, where the least important BF is considered as the Working environment BF. According to the other evaluator, the Responsibility BF is seen three times more important than the Working environment BF, and the Skill TF is similarly seen three times more important than the Effort BF, where the most important BF is determined as the Skill BF where the least important one is considered as the working environment BF. The third evaluator sees that Working environment and Responsibility BFs are equally important, while Effort BF is 9 times more important than Working environment BF, and skill and Effort BFs are of equal importance, where the least important BFs are considered as the Working environment and Responsibility BFs. The importance levels of the SFs were calculated according to the 1-5 scale seen below on the left, as indicated in the table. BF SF Unimportant Education NA SKILL 3 Slightly Important Important Very Important Highly Important Score Very important Highly important Very important Important Very important Slightly important Highly important 4 Experience Material Observation Physical Mental Risk RESP 5 EFFORT WORK ENV HEF Important In the light of these data, calculate the SF importance values employing the Score Analytical Job Assessing Method with the employment of the below seen arithmetic array multiplier (Xo = 0) and the 5-degree balanced increment method to determine the degree score values xt = *(t-1) +2, t= 1 ,, n
