In accordance with the personality test, I feel that being introvert in nature will hinder the process of being a successful project leader. Because this skill of tending to be introvert would make it very difficult for them to merge and work with other people and this will create major problem when it comes to working together as a team. Introverts will be preferring to work alone and would even think of having an independent space that will help them in focusing on one task at a time. This may not be always possible in an organisation and when working in a team it is very much important to have a proper mindset that promotes coordination and communication with all the team members. "The questionnaire for MBIT test was designed to evaluate the individual's assessment of what core competencies a project manager should possess" (Gehring, 2007). Different types of people will posses different types of skills and when it comes to being project leader for an organisation it is important to have some skills that will help in coordination and communication with the team members.
