- Team Facilitator
- Goal of the role: like a leader, the team facilitator organizes the team and project. Creates an agenda for each meeting.
- Duties include: point of contact with the professor, submits completed work, sets deadlines if team cannot agree, anticipating and planning for possible issues.
- Editor
- Goal of the role: adhere to submission standards and check to see instructions are followed.
- Duties include: ensuring submitted documents are well-formatted, properly referenced, and error-free.
- Document Manager
- Goal of the role: create, organize, manage shared documents.
- Duties include: Ensuring all team members have access to shared documents, drafting outlines of team documents, creating version backups.
- Note Taker
- Goal of the role: to provide documentation of the team process, meetings, and communications
- Duties include: taking meeting minutes and documenting group problems, summarizing team communications at major checkpoints and sending to the whole team, checking in and motivating individuals and the team to make the process run more smoothly

Team members must be able to provide documentation to enforce consequencesof the team contract.Failure to communicate with the team or contribute anything to the collaborative process will result in an individual earning a grade of zero for a section of the GroupAssignment.Your professor reserves final judgement over all grades.
