In an age where cable service operators provide so many complementary services including television, Internet and telephone services, do you think Congress should amend 551 of the Cable Communications Policy Act to include privacy protections for subscribers of all its services? Why/why not? Are there other legislative alternatives that might be viable: for example, taking privacy protection outside the Cable legislation altogether and creating a more general and comprehensive privacy protection for all digital content transmission services?
