C6H12O6 + O2 C4H8O2 + 2CO2 + 2H2O Each kg of fiber removed contains 5g of glucose.the fibers removed is 99 kg/hr, calculate the production rates of acetic acid and butyric acid if the yield of this process is 65% and the conversion rate is 80%. Complete the mass balance using a mass balance table
