In an effort to show your awareness and understanding of course concepts, reflective writings are incorporated. This reflection must contain substantive content and apply relevant principles/implications from topics and sources provided from the readings and in-class discussions and lecture. Prompts: 1. What adverse or uncomfortable interpersonal situation did you personally experience related to gender, culture, or diversity in the workplace? What was their professional role in relationship to yours (peer, superior, subordinate, customer/client, etc.). 2. How did you respond to the situation? To whom was it reported if anyone? 3. Were you successful in your response to the situation? If not, what could have made it more successful? 4. What different skills or techniques will vou incorporate the next time vou are faced with a similar situation?
