In an initial response, describe what the culture is like in the current organization you work in (or in a past organization) and discuss the impacts that this culture had on everyone within the organization. Could the organization have done anything to embrace cultural diversity more? Why is it always important to have a diverse culture and to be accepting of others we work with who share differences in views, beliefs, backgrounds, etc?
