In anorganization,internal conflict is the one that takes place within a person this is as a result of poor communication.This leads into misunderstanding and hence less production.For an organizatio to prosper profitably and to cope with competition,team spirit is required and working in unison.for the employees to focus on productivity,the issue of poor communication must be addresed and it is the responsibity of the manager to understand the cause and find a solution for internal conflict. External conflict occurs outside a person. In an organization, conflict is brought about by unpleasant work situation.when the business management style of the owner does not set well with the employees.this happesns when the staff are highly idependent and the boss likes to micro manage the organization. Both external and internal conflicts are problematic to an organization since they both affect perfomance of an organization,though external conflicts are more problematic since it involves misunderstandings between the management and the employees
