In approximately 1000 words, you are required to reflect on your own leadership style, perceptions, strengths, weaknesses and your leadership goals, drawing from the self-reflections we have completed each week. Remember what we have discussed in class - not all managers are leaders and you don't need to manage to lead. This is intended to be a personal reflection. It will not be shared with anyone. Remember too that I understand that you are in the beginning stages of your career - I am not expecting anyone to reflect on industry managerial experience, however, it may be used if available. You may also use your experience as a student working in group scenarios. You need to provide a well-formatted document that follows a professional look. The document must have the following sections: Introduction (the purpose of the document and background on the topic) - Approximately 150 words Body (can have multiple sections depending on how you will structure your self-assessments - you may use the weekly headings, the sub-headings from the textbook or any other structure that organizes the information - Approximately 500 words Analysis of your self-reflection, tie to Leadership and Motivational Theories as discussed in class and in your readings - Approximately 150 words Self-Reflection (and Conclusion)- Approximately 200 words
