In May, the manager wants to increase her service level by increasing the number of staff on shift and for the same guest count. In this case the guest served per labour hour will drop to 0.7. Assuming the manager does not increase the labor cost on each labor hour, at the same time she expects an increase in average guest spending to $300 for higher service level.
