I use this header when I send requests to web services. It's purpose is to tell the web service what content type I want returned.

Authorization

This is used for HTTP Authentication schemes; such as BASIC or DIGEST.

Cache-Control

Used for setting up how caching is handled during the request/response cycle.

Content-Type

I use this when making a PUT or POST request to identify the content type of the message body that is being submitted.

I look for this when receiving responses from web services to identity the content type of the response
