Explanation of Option A Monthly Business Bank Checking Account Fee

When option A is selected, we want to calculate the monthly bank charges for a business checking account. The program must request:

the beginning balance of the business checking account

the number of checks used in the month

3 monthly charges apply to this bank account:

Charge 1: A flat fee of $10 per month

Charge 2: A fee for issued checks, which depends on the number of checks issued with the commercial checking account in that month, as follows:

Charge 3: $15 dollars charged only if the account's opening balance, before applying the above charges, is below $400.00.

It is desired that when selecting this option the output on the screen is seen with the following format:
