Program #2: Upper or Lower? This program will prompt the user as to whether they wish to view upper or lowercase letters. The user will then enter a response (for example, the letter 'u' or '). So if the user were to select "uppercase", the program should then display all the alphabetic letters in uppercase; if the user specifies lowercase, the program should display all the lowercase letters. In order to test to see which character the user enters at the keyboard, you'll need to test the value of variable and determine what's stored in it. This will require a simple "if" statement, which you can read about beginning on p.75. An example dealing with an integer is on p.76, and the syntax requirements is on p.77.(It would probably be wise to first write some quick throw-away code to experiment with if/else statements so you have a good feeling about them.) Another restriction on this program you can't simply display string literals containing the alphabet! Instead, you must figure out how to generate the alphabetic display with a "while" loop. If you're stuck, read up on the "char" data type, and also check out the ASCII chart on p.1018 in your book. Save your code in a file called upper_or_lower.cpp in the HW03 subdirectory
