In class, we watched Nuremberg. Your job is to review/critique the movie.  You can choose to review the movie in any way you choose (video, paper, presentation, etc.) Your critique should cover and answer the questions below:

1. Movie Centered Questions
2. What is the movie about (Key plot points)? Who are the key people involved? 
3. What crime was levied against the accused? Ensure you discuss the Geneva and Hague Conventions in this answer?
4. What were the legal arguments on both sides (the Government and the Accused)?
5. What was the final decision of the court? Why do you think they came to that decision?

2. This trial was held in the International Military Tribunal. Now, trials like these would be held by the International Criminal Court. Take a position: research and determine whether the International Criminal Court is an effective medium to adjudicate international crimes.
3. Outline one case that was heard by the International Criminal Court. What were the facts? Outcome of the case? Enforcement of the decision?
4. Explain how the International Criminal Court may be a tool in the Ukraine/Russia conflict.
