In consideration of the rents specified below, LESSOR does hereby lease, demise, and let unto LESSEE the premises described below, with the understanding of both parties that LESSEE intends to and will sublease the demised premises to Permitted Tenants, subject to the Conditional Assignment of Rights more fully described in Paragraph Y below. Both LESSOR and LESSEE agree to keep, perform, and fulfill the covenants, conditions, and agreements expressed below, including those provisions contained in the attached Additional Terms, Provisions of Lease, and Community Policies which instrument is a part of this Lease and which is incorporated herein by this reference.
