In each Chapter that we have discussed this semester, there is a "Concepts in Action" article. Please choose one of these articles and research the company introduced and how it applies to the chapter that the article appears. Using the textbook, company's website, and/or other resources, please answer the following questions:

1. Describe the background of the company. (include what kind of business, their products and/or services, and any information that identifies the organization)

2. What is the main topic or issue discussed in the "Concept in Action" article?

3. How does this apply to the chapter? How can managerial accounting resolve or help with the issue?

4. What advice or recommendations would you make to the company based on what you learned in the chapter?

The report should be long enough to cover the questions thoroughly and should be double spaced. You can incorporate charts or graphs, if needed, but the report should not only consist of charts and graphs. Be sure to use correct grammar, complete sentences, and cite sources as needed. The minimum report size should be 3 pages. You will be graded on answering the questions correctly and thoroughly. You will also be graded on completing the project per the instructions given; the report should NOT be just a list of questions with answers. It should be a professional report, which would be suitable in a business environment.
