Bayscape is projected to reach a value of $1550 per share by the end of 2023 and 517 by the end of 2024 and has consistenty pald an annual dividend of 50.90 per share Whispering Winds is also a Canasian public co poration with a December 31 yearend. The controlle of Whispering Winds is uncertaln about which nocountirg method to use. The compamy is intercsted in establishinls a doset relationship with Bayscape, but if that fails, Whispering Winds considers the investment a pood opportunity to make a gain on is sale in the future. The controller has been adved that the investment could be accounted for at cost or at falrvalue. If at fairvalue. a dectson would have to be made about whether to put the chinges in fair value through net income or othercomprehensive income.
