In February 2020, Hisham sold his Harley Davidson motorcycle to Jean for RM50,000. Hisham required Jean to settle the payment by the end of May 2020. In April 2020, Jean had difficulty paying the remaining RM5,000 due to the financial crisis. After a negotiation, Hisham allowed Jean to pay only RM1,000, in which the remaining RM4,000 will be waived. In August 2020, Hisham entered into an agreement with Dina whereby the former agreed to give the latter all his antiques valued at RM10,000. Dina, who refused to accept the valuable antiques without payment, insisted on paying Hisham RM3,000 for them. In September 2020, Hisham was visited by his nephew, Ahmad. Ahmad fell in love with Hisham's Perodua MyVi and offered to buy it. The market value of the Perodua MyVi at that time was RM15,000. However, Hisham told Ahmad that he did not have to buy it because he will give it to Ahmad without any payment. Hisham had also written the promise on a piece of paper. In January 2021, Hisham died due to a heart attack. However, Siti, who is the wife of Hisham, wanted to claim the remaining payment of RM4,000 from Jean for the Harley Davidson motorcycle. Siti also wished to claim the remaining payment of RM7,000 from Dina for the antiques and RM15,000 from Ahmad for the Perodua MyVi. Advise Siti as to whether she can claim the payment from Jean, Dina, and Ahmad
