In groups, you are required to create a supplier account for each member in your group. Therefore, if there are five members in your group, each supplier account should reflect the name of each member in the group. resulting in a total of five supplier accounts. For each supplier account, you are required to create a purchase order and invoice. Prepare a 20 minute PPT presentation showcasing the Supplier Balance Detail Report for the accounts created. Please ensure to customize the date range to ensure the report only reflects the payable transactions you created. In addition, you are required to describe the benefits of using QuickBooks to process payable transactions. This PPT presentation is scheduled for delivery during our next class session. It is mandatory that all members of each group to participate in the delivery of the PPT presentation.

Assignments will be in group max 5 people. ONLY one person from group will submit it.

The word file name will be group members for example john smith, George Smith, Jenny Black, Jennifer White( nothing else as a file name), and you must have a cover page with students first and last name as well as student number. You can also write about assignment topic and other information necessary. It must be 12 font, times new roman font, left and right 1 cm margin and page limitation will exclude the graphs, pictures etc.

Assignment 1

- Record the transactions of business events ( will be provided separately) and prepare financial statements by using Quickbooks ( FS can be exported to Excel file, for journal entries you can use snipping tool) ( Optional: You can prepare journal entries and General Ledger records and FSs manually to increase your mark)

-Create of your dream business (partnership) and make the transactions and prepare the important reports (not only financial statements) related to business in your company
