in international business what mode of entry would your subscribe to in times of crisis? Explain your position.

it is an example: I suggest franchising as an entry mode to pursue in times of crisis. In times of crisis, managing costs and risk is important. Franchising allows firms to reduce risks and costs by allocating those to the franchisee. Franchising also allows the firm to implement more control on business standards and ways of doing things which is favorable. Being profitable in times of crisis remains important and franchising also allows one of the fastest routes to seeing profits. While profits may be lower than alternative options, franchising provides the potential to open many firms in a short period of time which collectively, could produce significant profits for the franchisor.
