Part B On the way to work Hadley likes to stop at Coffee Fanatics, a cafe that sells unique coffee from around the world. He always buys his coffee and sits at one of the tables near the window to write down his to-do list for the day. Pulling out his laptop, he gets started. Just as he is rounding up his list, one of the waiters walks past his table carrying far too many empty coffee cups on a tray that Hadley has always thought was far too big to be safe. The waiter gets distracted for a moment by something happening outside the window and bumps his elbow into Hadley cup of coffee. The hot coffee spills all over Hadley's laptop and a loud cracking downs, followed by several sparks occur. Hadley is beside himself as all of his work and to-do lists are on the laptop. He tells the manager of the store that they are responsible for any issues that he has, but the manager shakes his head. The manager prints out a receipt and hands it to Hadley and shows him that right at the bottom it says, "Coffee Fanatics is a busy cafe. We cannot and do not take responsibility for any and all damage to persons or property." Hadley is shocked and comes to you for advice as to whether he can make a claim against Coffee Fanatics under contract
