In "Its Your Choice 8 Frame Purpose Scope Sunk Cost Trap Transcript", Roger asks Nicole to go back and explain or find the purpose for why she hates her room. With framing, you are choosing something to focus on and understanding why you are making a decision. KNowing to purpose for completing a task also helps a person see things clearly (Its Your Choice). Taking this concept to explain the purpose for HH, Henry wanted to make money and still be at home to be with and raise his kids. Henry also wants to increase his sales and grow his company up to $75 million (UMGC, 2020). Nicole said "When we determine scope, we're defining our decisions so that it's not too big, not too small, but just right for the problem we're trying to solve". Henry has to define his decision of how to increase sales growth. In terms of perceptive, Henry knows that this sales in store have done well in the past. Perspective is made on a person's past and current biases (It's Your Frame 6). He started with kids hats and then moved on to adults hats. The adult hat were never as popular as the kids hats. Henry shows anchoring bias because he is using his past perspective on how well sales did in the past. Henry might also be showing anchoring trap which is a narrow way of thinking (Avoiding, 2019). In terms of scope, Henry must determine how big his decision is. He has to look at both the positive and negatives when making a decision
