In Java, Create an array with 10 elements and populate it with 10 random numbers between 1000.0 and 2000.0. Note these include decimal numbers. Ask the user for the name of an output file. Write your full name as the first line of the file and the contents of this array to this file. If the file exists, tell the user that the file exists and do not write to the file.
