Write a program that reads employee information from a file into an ArrayList.

- Document the format of the file. - Process the ArrayList to output the information for each employee using the toString method. - Process the ArrayList again to output the average salary

PLEASE USE CLASS CONSTANTS to determine the type of employee in the file record.

Document all classes with JavaDoc and use Java convention.

All classes should have a test program.
