In many instances business leaders need $($not sure always wanting$)$ to integrate social responsibility into their strategic plan...you want your workforce, leadership, and stakeholders in a positive mindset, always looking to conduct business appropriately both internally and externally. Not only will this help the company and community benefit ethically and fiscally, but customers and employees will be affected by the positive things that companies like this would be doing for the community...that is social responsibility.
