This is a very important step. It has to send ONLY $7$ days after their hiring date For example, if Person A hiring date is $1/1/2023$ and Person $2$ Hiring date is $1/14/2023$ and today is $7/1/2023,$ an email should ONLY be sent to person A because $7$ days has passed already. Do not send just to everyone in the list.
